Our maintenance service offers many advantages in managing websites and systems more efficiently. In our fast-paced world, things are moving at a completely different pace and under different forces than when we were founded 13 years ago. The only way we can continue to provide the high-level background tasks we aim for is to continue to deliver the level expected by us and our customers by switching from our 13+ years of free service to annual and monthly fee plans.

This decision is the result of many years of reflection, with which we can remain partners at our clients' side, helping them through the challenges of our shared, even more complex future.

Even the smallest package includes: We simplify maintaining your online presence through automated backups and regular server maintenance. We ensure the stable operation of websites through code analysis and automation of developer error reports. As part of our service, free hosting is also available for up to 1000 visitors per month, and our project manager is available to efficiently manage your needs.

Long-term preservation of database and website code

Trace back any bug that involves any modification to dated source code

Regular server maintenance

Investigation of occasional hosting provider anomalies

Coordination with service providers in case of special errors (Payment gateways, Billing programs, etc.)

In view of the changes in the economic environment, we have modified the hourly rate for our support services as of January 1, 2024, which is calculated in half-hour billing units according to the values in the attached table.
